Le talentueux Hamoudi est un petit garçon de 11 ans passionné de football et dont le rêve ultime serait un jour d'atteindre le niveau de son idole Lionel Messi. Le jour où Hamoudi se retrouve mêlé à une horrible tentative d'attentat suicide, il se réveille gravement blessé dans un hôpital. Tandis que ses parents s'efforcent coûte que coûte de mettre la famille à l'abri, Hamoudi est bien décidé à se battre pour réaliser son rêve brisé.
